Design
Coordinate a practical, compliant design tailored to your block, your needs and your wants – not a generic plan forced to fit.
A detailed project design brief will take place where we work together to achieve your dream house design or investment project. Our teams building industry experience will be there every step of the way to guide you in making the best design decisions to achieve the outcome you are exactly after. From saving building costs to incorporating the most modern building products you will be guided with pros and cons on design options so you can feel confident in making the right design decisions. In the end you will be provided with high quality working drawings with no detail or spec spared making the building process much smoother while saving cost and time compared to having sub sufficient plans.

Documentation & consultant management.
We coordinate every document, consultant and authority required to obtain building permit.
Once the design is finalised and approved by you, now is the time you can completely leave the stressful pre-build process with us and go on with your life while we work on obtaining all documentation required for building permit. With close to a dozen of separate consultants and authorities to deal with and endless documentation to obtain, our team specialises in fast tracking this process through experience in the field and close working relationships within the industry.
Building Permit
We manage the permit process end-to-end, dealing with the building surveyor until approval is issued.
Once sufficient documentation is obtained, we apply for the building permit on your behalf, consult with relevant the building surveyor and deal with RFI’s until the building permit is issued.
Ready to build package
Receive a complete, approved documentation set – ready to price, sign and start building.
Once the building permit is issued you will be provided with all permits, plans and documentation required to start building in Victoria with the registered builder of your choice or owner builder where applicable.
